Class Types of Buildings
Class A, B and C explained

When looking for a building, you may see a grading scale, but just because it is a B or C, it doesn’t mean that isn’t what you are looking for.
Classes of buildings largely has to do with location and type of building. A Class B or C building, depending what you are looking for, may be the grade in which you seek.
Class A+
This type of building is of landmark quality high rise. Typically in the center or near center of a business district.
Class A
This class is usually 100,000 square feet or larger with five or more floors. It needs to be built of steel and concrete with a date of 1980 and after. It needs to be in a fairly dense populated area.
Square B
This building type can be a building built at any point, but it must be renovated if older and in a good location. This class includes newer buildings that are also smaller in size, with a wood frame and can be in a non-prime location.
Class C
These buildings are older and unrenovated. They can be of any size and date - as long as they are in average or fair condition.
